Astro Gymnastics are pleased to offer Private Lessons, either as a one off or as part of a plan. These sessions can be on an individual basis or for 2 participants of a similar level. Individuals will be assessed by their coach and have goals set, specific exercises can be given for the gymnasts to carry out in between sessions and tips for improvement along the way.

Private lessons are available to members and non members of any ability. Whether you are intent on learning a new skill, perfecting a skill, tumbling, increasing range of movement and flexibility, body conditioning or concentrating on your technical and artistic performance we can help you. Please note that regular attenders of private lessons will need to register with Scottish Gymnastics.

Astro Gymnastics pride ourselves on having experienced, high level performance coaches on hand to help you. Please select the correct level of coach for the skills you would like to work on:

LEVEL 1 coaches can coach moves up to and including cartwheels, backward rolls, backbends and walkover preparations.

LEVEL 2 coaches can coach moves up to and including walkovers, back flips/back handspring & aerials.

LEVEL 3 & 4 coaches can coach moves up to and including walkovers, back flips/back handspring, aerials, somersaults.
